Lisa Holt
Founder
Lisa Holt’s breakout success began in 2015 when she earned the nation’s top spot for Arthur J. Gallagher’s newly launched hiring program. Recognizing the advantage that came with an entirely new perspective to risk management, she leveraged this unique point of view to establish her position as an influential woman in the insurance and real estate community.
By challenging conventional wisdom and pushing industry standards, Lisa has developed a specialized process for risk evaluation, data integrity verification, and quantification to strategically produce the most competitive results in the industry. Her keen sense for balancing risk retention and transfer guides her clients through ways that unlock and deploy capital to primary stakeholders in her programs. Using years of experience and technical education advanced by her dedication to mastering the real estate and development niche, she consistently identifies cost savings while implementing proven solutions-oriented strategies, delivering risk management programs across national property portfolios and development deals valued from $100M to $1B+.
Fully invested in her clients’ successes, Lisa identifies her role as much more than an insurance broker. Producing savings in more ways than standard insurance costs, she successfully negotiates requirements with lenders, strategically allocates premiums for common area maintenance charges (CAM), and provides contract reviews that have proven to save up to 1% of total construction values.
As an enthusiastic participant in industry panel discussions and speaking events, Lisa has engaged with market leaders in front of audiences of 300 – 500 attendees, using these forums to provide thought-provoking questions, and sharing industry insights to establish a strong and credible reputation amongst a robust network of industry leaders.
Priding herself in helping others tackle complex challenges, she cultivates cohesive teams to help fuel her constant drive for finding innovative ways to serve her clients. Creating a culture of energy and excitement to inspire the creativity needed for unlimited progress and groundbreaking solutions, her goal is to motivate positive change throughout the industry and increase visibility for the incredible opportunities made possible by a career in insurance.
